Inspecting Your System
Check airflow and inspect the components of your system. Our technicians will advise on issues that could develop into serious problems (blocked condensate pumps, drains and dirty air filters). Should spare parts be needed, we will quote for replacements (if available).

Cleaning / Replacing Filters
This is the single most important HVAC maintenance task. Clogged filters can reduce the efficiency of your system and airflow.

Cleaning AC Coils
Evaporator (indoor) and Condenser (outdoor) coils can accumulate dirt over time. Routine cleaning will eliminate the dust and dirt, to allow your system to perform optimally. If the fins on your evaporator/condenser coils are bent, our technicians will use a fin comb to restore them to promote the best airflow.
